Mar 20, 2007 · We have noticed that on some SBS 2003 installs the “ Help and Support ” service will disappear after installing Windows 2003 Service Pack 2. You may see the following error when opening “ Help and Support ” from the start menu: Help and Support Error Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running.

Need help with SBS 2003 & remote management. I can remotely manage the server, but trying to do the client PC's is a bust. dunno if I'm missing a plug in or whatever. all client boxes are XP sp3. Do you need an SMS server just for 7 boxes?
