Although current issues of the software should theoretically continue to function, the primary concern for business users should be that of security, primarily data protection.

SBS 2008 will be out later this year- probably third quarter. MS is still being a little cagy about the actual date, but they are ramping up their marketing efforts already so it'll be soon. sbs 2003 R@ will follow the same life cycle that sbs 2003 does - so take that as End of support in 2013

May 03, 2013 · They will continue to release security updates for 5 years after that. If it released in December 2010/January 2011 + 5 years for prime support + 5 more years extended support. For example SBS 2003 starts to have it's parts peel out of support starting next year.
