Mar 12, 2013 · You can not install Server 2012 on 4.1 you must have ESXi 5.1 to install Windows 8 or Server 2012 This is a hardware/software limit. There are no drivers or ability for Server 2012 or Windows 8 to be installed on anything older then 5.1
