My recommendation is to (1) make sure you are using the most updated version of your Internet Browser and/or (2) try switching to Chrome or Firefox. Each instructor is provided one Sandbox/Test shell. The course is located in the "Sandbox" sub-account. This is a great location for you to test and learn Canvas. If you feel like you need an additional Sandbox shell (not for credit/graded courses), then you can request another via this form. Requests can take up to 48 hours (M-F: 8-5) before you will recieve an email confirmation.
