Feb 14, 2017 · Does anybody know whether the new MacBook Pro Display is 10-bit colour? I don't remember anyone at the event saying anything like 'it can show 1 billion colours' The specifications on apple.com don't mention whether it is 8-bit or 10-bit.

Jan 26, 2015 · Well, mavericks is about to be released, the new Mac pro is here, and still not the remotest sign of 10-bit color support on the Mac. The latest mid class monitors, like the Eizo GC223W that I use myself (already a few years old), all support 10-bit color, and it is slowly advancing in the professional graphics world as the new standard for serious image, 3D and video editing.

Sep 28, 2015 · I also have an early 2011 Macbook Pro with Windows 8.1 currently installed. Is it worthwhile to update to Windows 10? 8.1 runs perfectly and don't understand why Apple wouldn't have support for 6.0 drivers. Does Windows 10 run smoothly with the old 5.1 drivers?
