Jan 26, 2017 · Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support". What do I need to do to fix this?? I love this machine and am disappointed that it has stopped working. I got this mid-May of this year. I've bought several of the accessories for this zune and have invested a great deal of money in the who thing.

Oct 23, 2010 · I deleted the 'Zune' folder in my program files and then I tried to install it and it worked! So just try to go to 'Program Files' and then search for 'Zune' and delete 'Zune'.
