Jan 26, 2017 · Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support". What do I need to do to fix this?? I love this machine and am disappointed that it has stopped working. I got this mid-May of this year. I've bought several of the accessories for this zune and have invested a great deal of money in the who thing.

Nov 19, 2009 · Second question: Since the above Zune has never been run by me, I have been unable to get the SN from it. I have the unit apart, but do not see a SN anywhere. If you can tell me where I might locate one inside, I will be happy to do so.

Mar 23, 2009 · My 80GB starts and shows the Zune logo but it won't load and then after a while it says "Contact Support" with a 5 circled on the top left. I have no back-up files for the stuff I have on this, and it would be so sad if it all has to be thrown away.
