Aug 27, 2019 · Hi @KizzyA Welcome to the forum. Have you tried using a different HDMI cable? It'd also be useful to know your YouView box model and if you're still with TalkTalk, you can find the box model on the back of the box or through your settings under Device Information.

I suggest you work through the steps given, especially including the box restart, to see if you can resolve it with these steps.

Mar 06, 2017 · hi i am getting YVM 607 for BT Z4 box. cannot use scart port. BT engineer tried alternate box but it still didnt work. hdmi works fine with my freesat box where i am using both scart and hdmi but i can view HD channels. i am using samsung flat tv. any fix

Dec 28, 2015 · (It also has a small typo, whereby "In you are using a Smart TV..." should start "If....." which some nice YouView person might want to fix, though the meaning is clear enough here) You need to have reconnected the HDMI cable while both TV and YouView box were powered off at the mains, and then switched them back on, one at a time.
