Jan 09, 2013 · I'm having the same issue. Everything has been working fine but now suddenly whenever I turn on the YouView box I get a blank screen and then the YVM302 warning box appears. It is not a problem with the aerial as the aerial feeds through the YouView box to my TV and my TV has all the channels without a problem at all.

And unlike YouView after Satellite, Freeview instead of YouView is easily reversible, So go to Setup/Channels/YouView, and select Disable YouView. The latest software version seems to be 20.50.50, so worth checking. Regarding the manual setting of the IP address, I'm not referring to a Plusnet static IP but setting the Youview box IP manually, just to eliminate the router dhcp server.
