Controller SCSI for Windows 7 Hello, I'm looking for drivers for an old SCSI card to install on Windows 7, the card was made for work in Windows 98, but I need to conect a filmscan in my computer with Windows 7, and the conection is an old SCSI plug, so I need the card for it, but Windows 7 doesn't recognize this old device.

Sep 16, 2013 · If there are no 64bit drivers, you're out of luck.. you can try using the 32 bit driver, some 32 bit drivers might work, but if adaptec refuses to make a 64 bit driver and the 32 bit driver doesn't work, there aren't any alternatives except to buy a 64 bit capable SCSI card.The Adaptec 29160 SCSI card is compatible with 64bit windows 7 and costs about $50..

Feb 16, 2018 · If you can find someone with a Vista x64 system there is an "Adaptec AIC-7870 PCI SCSI Controller (Emulated)" driver in the Driver Store on that system that will work with Windows 7 for a AHA-2940 card. For some reason, that driver was dropped from the in-box drivers in Windows 7.
