The only way you can have broadband with Virgin Mobile is to be "grandfathered" with an existing plan, and the service is indeed getting worse and worse.

Re: Broadband 2 Go With no plans displayed and no devices sold it doesn't give really any confidence in trying to use Virgin Mobile as a hotspot.2 gigs don't go far when working online. I've tried talking to support, truthfully they are useless in giving answers.
