Our set-up is like ITSP>>(sip)>>Cube>>>CCMv4>>(sccp)>>Unityv4. All calls inbound and outbound are working. However, when a call from mobile calls our Unity voicemail pilot, it doesnt recognize the digit they pressed. It works if call originates from landline. DTMF-relay was set to rtp-nte originally on our inbound and outbound dial-peers.

Oct 12, 2011 · 9951 phone not sending all voice mail pin digits (DTMF) to Unity Connection when dialing the pin number quickly. A packet capture from the back of the phone shows that the phone is sending SIP NOTIFY messages (KPML) with all the digits, but one of the digits has no corresponding RTP RFC2833 digit leaving the phone.

I have been tasked with adding new Call Handlers in our Unity Connection to handle automated attendants for multiple locations. The extensions, recordings, menu options work great internally, however we are having DTMF issues from outside callers (recording keeps playing, caller input isn't recognized).
