Aug 28, 2014 · If the machine ever breaks down, I could then register the premium support on the MyUTM but as long as it is running fine and I don't need support, I can't see of any reason why the support will need to be activated straight away??? You can only lodge a fault or problem with with sophos support if you have premium support.

One is included with the device and is the basic tier 1 support the and other one is the extra charge for tier 2 direct access. They said that even though the line item said "premium support", the part number indicated the regular level support.
