It really depends on who I work with, half the time I know more then the ShoreTel tech. Teir 2 and engineering are very good. Just the fact that I can call into TAC and talk to a person after 10-20 minutes is a success in itself compared to other support centers where I …

I would like to know how many organizations use ShoreTel's support vs partner support and any reasons for your decision. We are currently using a ShoreTel partner, and would probably rate the support a 7 out of 10. Since installing our phone system, three updates have come out, but our partner hasn't mentioned them to this point.

Recently, running a custom version of 6, we started having some issues with the workgroup service failing. Through all of the debugs, Shoretel said it was a double-take issue. It was at that time they told us that they do NOT support double-take on thier servers. It was not a good day, and my boss's still have not came to terms with it at all.

May 26, 2016 · We sometimes get the same issue, user picks up a call and there is a 1-2 second lag before the user can say anything. I have always had great support with our ShoreTel system but then again I have never had to contact ShoreTel directly, I just contact our provider, heck they just took me out to lunch last week.

Partner Support (purchased through your Partner from ShoreTel) and Support from your Partner Technically speaking "Partner Support" is ShoreTel's partner support. Some partners will bundle their services with that and present it as a unified package, but they are 2 different things.

Feb 08, 2016 · As far as support options with ShoreTel there are 2 types. One is enterprise support. With the enterprise support option you call ShoreTel for everything. They are your first and only contact for trouble shooting, equipment issues, etc. The other option is partner support; which companies like LANtelligence offers.
