Oct 15, 2019 · I am trying to put bigger card like SDHC 4/8GB ( I don't care about memory size ) but scanners doesn'tsee this cards so I think that Win CE 5.0 doesn't support SDHC. There is any patch for Win Ce 5.0 to allow use SDHC? I can't buy SD 512mb/1gb cards because it's crap ( works 2-3 weeks max ) and also it's hard to get it.

Sep 13, 2007 · SDHC support in Windows CE 5.0. With SD cards getting bigger and bigger many people don't realise that there is a different standard when you get up above 2GB's. This normally means 4GB and above. A 4GB+ card is part of the SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity, SD 2.0) Standard.

Knowing that the hardware and physical slot support has to be there, the windows ce 5.0 core has the capability to support SDHC cards. This hardware supports on a device by device basis, but newer GPS units with the WinCE 5.0 core may be able to support up to 32Gb SDHC cards.
