Aug 01, 2014 · I chose Outlook.com because I did not want to use a local client and I wanted access from any device from anywhere. I assume by 'Office Outlook' you mean an installed copy of Office rather than Office 365. Even if it does work with an installed client that is not the point. In fact it makes the Office 365 adverts a bit of a joke.
