Aug 06, 2010 · Go to the Canon website and download the driver for your printer. Save it where you'll find it again. Open Device Manager and uninstall the two instances of USB Printing Support. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall any software related to your printer. Go to Printers & Faxes. Select the icon for your printer, right-click and delete it.
