I would like to get a certificate in order to access Support. 1) Is it possible, for a limited time, to get it free? 2) The page for the support asks: "We need to connect your user account to a Support Identifier".

This screen helps you register your database with Oracle Support (MOS) and you can do this only if you have purchased some support services.
