Oct 15, 2018 · But sorry~ I followed it twice and OCI8 still not be loaded in phpinfo(); The first try, I was replace the 12c.dll . The second try is reinstall xampp and uncomment 12c.dll then it shows "The procedure entry point OCIStmtGetNextResult could not be located in the dynamic link library OCI.dll."
