Overview. The SCTP API is defined in the com.sun.nio.sctp package and is built into rt.jar, therefore it is available on all OpenJDK supported platforms. On top of that, we do need some support from the underlying OSes. Will re-evaluate for Mustang.Mustang = Java 6 but there hasn't been a word about SCTP.
