Jun 25, 2017 · HP Insight Management Agents and WBEM providers do not co-exist; one will override the other. If you have Windows 2008 R2, 2012 upwards, go with WBEM. Much easier with new OS. Remember to integrate the Smart Storage Administrator with SMH- use Smart Storage Preferences app, which installs with the SSA.
