Jan 11, 2014 · On a win 32 bit OS, you can only run at a maximum of sys_ticrate 512 and that's only if you have a high resolution timer running, such as windows media player minimized or a SWF file running in the back ground. On a win64 bit OS with HPET (high precision timer) running, you can run at a stable sys_ticrate 1000 with no problems at all.
