The ASR program requires owners of antenna structures to register with the FCC any antenna structure that requires notice of proposed construction to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) due to a physical obstruction.

The FCC does not require each antenna structure to be registered. The "Determine if Registration is Necessary" screen allows the user to enter and submit key information about their antenna structure in order to determine whether or not registration with the FCC is necessary.
