In older Volo View products there was an option to display drawing data in black and white. This option does not exist in DWG TrueView™. To simulate this effect. Launch the Layer Properties Manager. In the Layer Properties Manager, select all drawing layers (Ctrl+A). Click the color swatch for any selected layer. Select black for the color.

Thanks, Kimberly. We will look into this. One issue with DWG (actually it's the same issue with most Autodesk applications) is that there are so many pre-requisites and, as such, there are so many moving parts in the installation that it can get a little gnarly to figure out why a deployment failed.
