Apr 09, 2014 · The award rate is $17 per day of on-call. weekdays and $32 per day weekends or public holidays If we get called (IE problem resolved over the phone) it is supposed to be 1 hour @ the applicable OT rate depending on when we are called, eg : Saturday afternoon the rate would be 1.5.. Saturday 6.30 Pm the rate is 2.0 our normal hourly rate.

I get paid 600 per week (before tax) for just being on-call plus hourly rate paid for any actual calls received and dealt with. Payment for the hourly rate is time and half plus any day in lieu if it is a public holiday. My previous role had no hourly allowance.
