You can report someone for scamming with a flag on their profile as mentioned and then move up and ignore them. As mentioned you will not get your items back.

How do you actually get help from Steam Support?! I opened a ticket with them nine days ago, and have only gotten TWO canned (ie copy/paste) type answers. The first response I got back from them didn't have anything to do with the issue at all. Does Steam Support exist? How do I actually get real help? I am a 10+ year user of Steam.
