Dec 12, 2018 · While in hots i had 60 min, on high end pc… I have 1 fps in starcraft 2 on maps when i have 60 in warcraft 3… Blizzard games use trash engines, even in wow raid people complained and overwatch nothing special. You have to have at least 180 fps to be able to see person, when are you looking around. And it runs barely on 60.

The more I search the net about this problem the more it seems like a game-specific and/or driver problem. Simply too many people with both NVIDIA and ATI cards that are fully functioning under load are having those issues in Starcraft 2.
