uPnP can't be enabled on the Business Hub. You need to do it manually. You need portforwarding to do this. Go to Settings> Firewall> Allow Applications, Pinholes and DMZ Mode. Scroll down to below the list of applications and click "Add a new user defined application". Good luck.

Lots of us do have the same problems, and as gg points out, they are caused by BT seeming to think their responsibility stops at the homehub's internet input, and not providing many of the most basic home networking functions within the homehub.

It could be an issue with uPnP, if you have that enabled. uPnP allocated ports can be difficult to remove. Best to factory reset, then disable uPnP, and then add any port forward rules.

It will not work with your settings. Check both cameras. It does work, but you must have all the settings correct, its not a home hub or BT issue. Change those settings on the camera, and try again. Also, on your image for the second camera, you are showing port 80 not port 91.
