I have a Dell XPS 14 with Windows 7 originally installed and had Microsoft evaluate hardware to get Windows 10, but crashed my computer. Oct 11, 2017 · If you bought the Windows 10 license as OEM with the PC then go to the Dell support page and enter the Service Tag and select Windows 10 from the Operating System type. Then scroll down to the OS section of the drivers and software page and you can download a Dell OEM ISO providing you still have those Service Tags under support.
