Last I said was it was ridiculous he saw no problem with Dell cancelling my order on the day it was to arrive, casting a new order with an arrival date another 30-days out, and not prioritizing my new order.

Mar 20, 2009 · Dell makes it easy to place the order but very difficult to cancel. Anything I have looked up said you've got to cancel through customer service on the phone. There should be live chat for something like that. I don't know why they can't put a prompt to cancel the order on the order status page.

EDIT: So I communicated with customer support and came to a resolution. Since the order I placed yesterday is deemed "in production", Dell will have to ship the Laptop from California to the border, which then they will recall the shipment back to the facility.
