    Feb 08, 2006 · Hi, we plan to use HTMLDB in a project with using Cyrilic alphabetic, so people input data and see label in Cyrilic. When look at the language selection of htmldb installation, i couldn't find the option abaout that Cyrilic. is HTMLDB support the Cyrilic?

    Dec 09, 2015 · My win 7 machine Notepad opens txt files with Cyrillic fine but my Win 10 machine Notepad opens the same txt files as garbage, but types Cyrillic OK. MS Word 2010 on the Win 10 machine opens the file OK but asks what to open the font as. Windows Cyrillic is default and opens the file fine. I have Russian keyboard selected in input method.
