Jun 15, 2014 · As our colleagues stated above, when you open a case to Cisco TAC they will require you to send some logs from the device for further analyze. show tech is a command that runs a lot of other commands automatically like in the above post by Ri0N. Every vendor has such a command requested first when you open a case to their TAC.
