Hi. I'm curious if there is any known setting to turn on/off/2configure in order to decrease the amount of audio pops/cracks I get when playing audio/samples at a low buffer. Specifically I think its trying to get the lowest DPC possible. (Disabling cpu power hibernating, etc) I heard it varies depending on motherboard. Some usual tricks are to disable C1E-7,TurboMode,HPET,and other settings.

My BIOS settings where set as C1E. I switched it to C3E. Upon Windows 7 login the desktop had a blue colour for a while before everything loaded. Same thing happened when I changed back to C1E. What I experience now after this test is that it takes much longer for Windows 7 desktop to fully load.
