Nvidia SLI is not supported. The Asus P5Q-E has 12 USB 2.0 slots but no USB 3.0 slots. While USB 3.0 slots are so far by no means necessary, and with a plethora of USB 2.0 peripherals to choose from, the USB functionality on this motherboard should be fine.

I recently bought a MSI Lightning GTX 580, can I use my old GTX 285 for PhysX? My motherboard is an ASUS P5Q Deluxe and should not support SLI (but only crossfire). I ask becouse this doesn't seem to me like a "real" SLI, in fact only one gpu should be used for graphic (the GTX 580 obviously). Do I still need a different motherboard?
