Jun 21, 2017 · The Baseline DNG support in Aperture 2 and Aperture 3 does not include Linear DNG images. Only RAW DNG is supported. DNG images created by cameras with Foveon sensors are not supported. The image data format with Foveon sensors is very different from that of the Bayer sensors used by most cameras.

Jan 05, 2018 · I am running High Sierra (10.13.2) and the latest version of Aperture 3.6. Aperture is unable to open RAW files from my 5D Mk 4, even though Preview and Photos can open them. This implies to me that even if you can get system level support for a new camera in MacOS <10.13, I doubt Aperture will be able to open the RAW files.

Jun 17, 2017 · Is it posssible that the stock camera app can support RAW but camera probe only shows ‘legacy’ level of api support? My phone can capture RAW, adjust exposure manually and also change iso. There is a also a mode where i can select F number! F2.2 to F44, Don’t know how its possible. Btw i have Nubia N1 and it got only legacy support.
