Have you tried this it does not involve going into the registry. I will try this next time I call on the machine. I was there yesterday because of blue screen issues when I noticed that AI suite II still wouldn't install. Unfortunately the ROG site was still down and inclement weather was approaching so I had to leave.

Jul 07, 2013 · 2) When I run the "setup" from the installer you provided (downloaded using the link above) I get a prompt of "The model does not support this application" and cannot proceed anymore. Strangely, the old installer which was downloaded in Jan 2013 from Asus Support website and have the same version in the filename can be installed fine.

Mar 02, 2015 · While I give two thumbs up to Revo Uninstaller, AI Suite embeds itself so deeply into the OS that it will not remove the associated Windows Services and the files and folders associated with AI Suite..You will need to do that manually if AI Suite Cleaner won't run/work for you on your Asrock system..If it did run/clean up AI Suite leftovers, then you're good to go..But you need to check in ...
