Jan 28, 2020 · I own my own modem and router. Modem is a Zoom 5345. It is a little over 2 years old. Upon setting up modem and router, I had connection with no issues right away for the first 24 hours. But this AM, the wifi network is active but there is no internet. The modem is on.

Zoom 5350 modem/router combo Comcast internet. Ever since I got a Zoom 5350 all-in-one modem and router, I have had a lot of problems with getting re-connected to the internet after the computer sleeps. My computer is a desktop Dell that is plugged via ethernet cable directly into the back of the modem/router.
