Check the cable hasn’t been damaged and is firmly connected to the back of your YouView box and to the back of your router. Powerline Adapters. Check both adaptors are plugged in and powered on. Nov 11, 2013 · Hi Aysh, the first thing I would check is if you are using power line adapters, and if so are they correctly synced at all? If the connection is going directly into the router you might want to disconnect and reconnect the ethernet cable, or alternatively try it in another ethernet port on the router.
