Jun 30, 2013 · Also I was unable to manually enable xsl extension as there is no php.ini in my php folder. Do I have to create php.ini to enable the extension or is there different and correct way of enable such php extension? May 28, 2007 · Import HTML -> Demo complains "No XSL library support at all on this server!" even though phpinfo() reports xml and xsl support is enabled. Details below. i finally figured out what my problem was. i actually did have an issue with my "php.ini" being read. it turns out, in the process of going back and re-editing so many times, I left a copy of a prior "php.ini" config file in my main directory, where i had never uncommented ";extension=php_xsl.dll" (hence, the xsl never showing up in my phpinfo()).
