Almost every claim I touch, crashes my Xactimate. Seems to deal with sketch and flipping between sketch and estimate items. I've lost more days I can count being on with Tech Support. They have taken over my computer, removed Xactimate, reinstalled it, added updates, changed computer settings, etc.

Dec 09, 2019 · Xactware is exceptional at both phone support and chat support. I have found their tech personnel are top notch and usually can get you fixed up within minutes of contacting them. Be aware though they are now charge for phone support unless a chat technician offers you phone support.

I have also used Xactimate's online tech support (because it is free and the "privilege" of talking to a real person at Xactimate costs $20.

Apr 04, 2006 · Tech Support Specialist: Ryan, Computer Systems Analyst replied 13 years ago I'm not sure about cutting and pasting. Brian said that you could not Import into Xactimate, only export from Xactimate in the .DXF format into CAD.
