Hi Looking in my TrackIR 5 games titles section I notice that X3 AP is listed as being compatable with X3 AP. However I cannot get it to recognise my TrackIR at all. Jan 11, 2016 · I'm currently thinking about buying a TrackIR 5 to get a better experience with Falcon 4, Elite Dangerous, X3:Albion Prelude and Freespace2Open, i've seen several Youtube videos of these games with your TrackIR and it looks awesome.

Sep 05, 2012 · For the time being, X3: Albion Prelude is the only X3 game with TrackIR support. I believe that their devs are looking to continue to implement TrackIR in new titles down the road, but I don't think retrofitting previous releases is on their roadmap. For more information, I'd recommend that you speak with Egosoft directly about their plans. - Seth

Jan 15, 2017 · It was not the mods. It was indeed the update trackir-game support button in the upper right corner. Modded game works just as well, and there are numerous mods that I cannot do without. The Shut-up series, TAF, revealall, and some graphic mods. Thank you for your spot on replies.

May 15, 2013 · So I installed Albion Prelude again because they released that controller update and guess what, it's not working. I can start the game from Big Picture and press the A button to continue from the launcher, but once I'm in the game it doesn't work anymore. Neither in the menus nor in the cockpit. Anyone else having this? I'm using an Xbox Wireless Controller with the normal wireless receiver.

Fixed a regression in TrackIR 5.4.1 where DirectInput joystick buttons 33-128 were not usable for hotkeys. Known Issues. Since version 5.3.0, the TrackIR software requires Windows Vista or newer, and can no longer be used with Windows XP or below.
