Yea, that’s because the plugin is creating a whole new theme location. GeneratePress only adds arrows to the theme locations it knows (so it doesn’t add them to menu widgets etc..). We can adjust this with a filter, but I’d need to know the ID of the newly created theme location. It would be easier to use a plugin...
