Re: WNR834B - Need Smart Wizard Software You got to the login screen for the Netgear router so after that all you can do is enter the correct password. If the default didn’t work then it’s been changed, if you don’t know what it has changed to then to access the router settings you have no option other than to factory reset the router to clear all settings back to defaults, including the password.
