The Witcher 2 was originally a PC port. It released for PC in 2011 and got a 360 port in 2012. Mind telling us what's the point of arguing when you're so lazy that you can't even look up something as simple as that ? And yes, it does have a full controller support. As seamless as the Witcher 2's controller support is, there are several useless buttons that can be programmed as hotkeys for magical powers. It makes it easier to play a mix of magic and swordplay.

The 360 controller is the default controller for PC these days. So all the button signs in the game correlate to the 360 pad, but CDPR just didn't do a good enough job of making it controller compatible. I mean it's playable with a controller of course, you might use it and still find it preferable, but M/KB definitely works better overall.
