Dealer tells me that TRIM is a build-in function within Window 7, but not Window XP. Does anyone have any suggestions how to work with TRIM? if I install SSD within Window XP.

I would assume it doesn't, since VMware write to a single VMDK file, is this correct (And if I'm right, the VM size will always increase, and won't drop unless you compact it with the required VMware option.
