    Feb 17, 2007 · Oddly the Service Desk works on a prototype system that had ST version 8. The new install (not upgrade) of Service Release 2 (ST is level 9) doesn’t work. I can’t find a difference in the two systems in DNO_NOTIF or DNO_CUST01.

    First of all, ur service desk is ZLFN or SLFN ? 1) plz make sure that u have maintained the table BCOS_CUST in ur satellite system : Add OSS_MSG W RFC to solman CUST620 1. 2) In solman, check ur action profile in DNO_CUST01of SLF1. 3) Check ur DNO_CUST04 if the process type is SLFN or ZLFN (in case u have ur customized SD)

    Hello Varun, How looks like entry at satellite system in table bcos_cust ? There should be RFC connection to Solution Manager. RFC's between both the systems are working fine.

    Nov 10, 2008 · The reason could be many. 1) Did client copy was performed using 001? 2) Did we read SAP Note 864195, 614311, 975693? 3) The users used in RFC SM_ CLNT100_BACK is present in Solman and proper authorizations are maintained. In my case, SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_CREATE, SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN did not work.
