Aug 05, 2011 · Everything works fine until I try to go to the Microsoft Updates website. Instead of allowing me to update, it redirects to a support page telling me I need SP3 to get to the updates page. Downloading and installing SP3 from the site, and restarting, I try to go to Microsoft Updates again but it redirects to the same support page.
