Once Windows has been installed, Windows will not be able to go online for updates or downloads as the Boot Camp Drivers for Windows need to be supplied (software that will activate Apple hardware - especially the Wireless).

The good news is that if you upgraded to Windows 10 from a PC that had Windows Media Center installed, you probably already have Windows DVD Player on your PC.

Mar 22, 2013 · Once they have installed the app via the app catalog, and then they uninstall it, it will now show up in software center as available and it seems to stay there forever. From this point forward they will periodically get the "New Software Available" message from software center, but the only thing in there is the app they uninstalled.
