I work with Windows Server2003(Enterprise Edition, Service Pack 2, 4 GB RAM, 32 bit) and also a Terminal Service installed on virtual machine. Microsoft "officially" doesn't support 4Gb in Windows 2003 Web edition. Just for reference, the /PAE switch is used to indicate the maximum amount of memory that will be seen by windows. The /3gb switch is to enable a single process to use a maximum of 3Gb of RAM from the default 2Gb.
