Apr 28, 2013 · I need to open up Remote Assistance for my domain workstations and I can't find the option to this via GP. The machines are running Windows 7. I can do it locally but it not through policy. The Remote Assistance predefined rule is missing. When I create a GPO and go to the firewall settings I can see all the other rules. But not Remote Assistance.
